Ballet des Amériques at the Emelin Theatre

Ballet des Amériques at the Emelin Theatre Shamsher Dhanoa

The dancers of Ballet des Amériques return to the Emelin Theatre for their season finale with a program that is sure to rouse, engage and move all audiences: The professional dancers will perform the season’s favorites from the company’s ever-evolving repertoire as well as new choreography by Carole Alexis, while the conservatory students will present something entirely new: a set of miniatures choreographed by Carole Alexis to Beethoven’s Variations for Cello and Piano.

The two matinee performances on June 23rd cap a wildly successful season of original choreography including four sold-out performances of Carole Alexis’ Nutcracker Dream at the Emelin Theatre in December, Westchester Wednesday Dance at the Tarrytown Music Hall, Evenings of Dance in Port Chester and the company’s latest performance at The Osborn in Rye. We invite all who have not seen us so far and look forward to reconnecting with our loyal fans to celebrate the culmination of our season.
