Lar Lubovitch Dance Company Seeks Director of Development and Marketing

 
The company seeks a full-time director of development and marketing to oversee and coordinate all aspects of fundraising (incl. corporate, foundation, government, and individual) and all aspects of marketing (incl. home season and touring). Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years experience in non-profit management or fundraising, demonstrated skills in donor research and cultivation, and a proven track record in successful fundraising and/or marketing. The ideal candidate will have excellent skills in communication (both written and verbal) and will work well as a team member in an internationally respected organization. Desirable traits include familiarity with the local and national arts funding systems and with arts marketing. A passion for dance is important. Salary is commensurate with experience and abilities. Benefits include health insurance, pension plan, paid vacations and holidays.
