Dance Advancement Fund

Made possible by the generous support of the Howard Gilman Foundation and Ford Foundation, Dance/NYC invited dance making organizations and groups based in the metropolitan NYC area with operating budgets of $25,000-$250,000 to submit applications for awards through the fourth iteration of the Dance Advancement Fund.

Selected dance-making organizations and groups received general operating support grants ranging from $6,000 to $40,000, awarded over a two-year period, including ongoing professional development from September 1, 2024 - August 31, 2026. The grantees of this program were announced on October 29, 2024.
