Seeking Female Dancers!!! ChEckiT!Dance Company Auditions June 4th

 
ChEckiT!Dance, an all female dance company in the modern/contemporary style is looking for dancers for our 2011 summer and fall season. We are looking for dancers dedicated to creating new works while performing in various indoor and outdoor venues across New York City. 

 

At the audition dancers should be prepared to learn some of our repertory as well as explore new movement through a variety of improvisational exercises. Please come ready to take risks and enjoy an afternoon of meeting current company members, working with the Artistic Directors and diving into uncharted territory! 

 

Audition Details:

Where: Triskelion Arts 3rd Floor Studio X, 118 N 11th St. Brooklyn (Williamsburg, right off the Bedford stop on the L train)

When: Saturday June 4th 9:30am-12pm

Qualifications

*Must be female

*Must be available to rehearse on Sundays

*Must be willing to work with young, emerging choreographers with unique styles and fun personalities

*Must be open minded to new forms of dance and art

*Must be willing to work for NYC performance experience only, since we are not offering monetary compensation at this time

 

Along with New York City performance exposure, ChEckit!Dance also provides its dancers with free exposure on our website, free access to our company classes, free dance photographs, and video footage of all our performances!!!
