Are you interested in learning the ins and outs of dance company administration AND making a big difference in your time as an intern?

Then we’re interested in you!  The Dalia Carella Dance Collective (DCDC), a global fusion dance theater company is currently seeking an intern to commit 10-15 hours per week for 3-6 months while we put on our 10th year anniversary show and pursue touring opportunities.

Through an internship with DCDC, you will gain experience in marketing, fundraising, and day-to-day company administration through projects in:

Grant research
Facebook page maintenance
Creating and editing email blasts (with class and performance updates)
Assistance at performances
Filing orders for costuming, etc
Additional errands as needed

Some work can be done virtually on your own time, while other meetings and errands will need to be done on a specific schedule.

An ideal candidate is creative and enthusiastic, experienced with MS Office and social media, and is interested in the field of arts management or wants to start his or her own dance company.

This internship is unpaid, though we can offer college credit and provide letters of reference for the candidate upon successful completion of his or her duties.

To apply, submit a resume, brief (1-2 page) writing sample and any additional questions to info@daliacarella.com. For more information about the DCDC, go to www.daliacarelladancecollective.org
