MDE addresses life questions and unearths layered dynamics within interdependent human relationships. Founded in 2005 under the direction of Toni Renee Johnson, Maverick Dance Experience, formerly Breath of Life Dance Experience (BOLDE), aims to unpackage and unfilter philosophical perspectives through movement discourse that speaks so viscerally that it is a binding and lasting experience .
