Synopsis:

Gallim Dance is proud to partner with Glow Design Productions on an exciting project at Grand Central Station on September 19, 2011 for the revealing of an art installation and launch of a new fragrance by the brand Lacoste. 

 

Choreographed by Andrea Miller and featuring music by the Furious Five, the performance will involve Gallim Dance Company members, 15 professional dancers selected by audition and a select group of amateur dancers.  The project is paid on an hourly scale and the rehearsal schedule is outlined below. 

 

15 x Male & Female Dancers (18 – 35 yrs):

Dancers should be dynamic and have strong dance and performance ability.  We are seeking dancers who are confident with their style. Fun, unique, memorable, confident faces, great look. Open to all looks and ethnicities.

 

Dancers must be available for the following dates and times:

 

Rehearsals:

September 11th: 4-8pm / DANY Studios

September 14th: 12-3pm / DANY Studios

September 16th: 10-2pm / 92Y Hall

September 17th: 6-9pm / DANY Studios

September 18th: 11-3pm / DANY Studios

September 19th: 11-3pm / DANY Studios

Event:

September 19th: 5-8pm / Performance at Grand Central Station

Rates:

Dancers will be paid at an hourly rate of $15/hour.
