Men must:
-have solid ballet technique and good contemporary movement quality
-have solid partnering skills
-be able to lift a partner
-be able to pick up choreography quickly
-be open-minded and hardworking

Qualified applicants will be emailed and asked to come to company rehearsal.

XAOC generally rehearses 2-3 times per week, more frequently in the weeks directly preceding shows. As a small startup company, rehearsals are unpaid. There may be small stipends for shows, when funding is available. The company is currently in the process of gaining non-profit status and we hope to be able to compensate our dancers soon.
