Contemporary Dancer for Improvised Solo in a Short Film

 
WHO: Age 17+
Intermediate/advanced dancer
Black/African-American
training in ballet
training in contemporary, modern, or lyrical jazz
strong improvisational skills

WHAT: Dancer will be performing a loosely choreographed solo for a short film that features a hip hop song for an up and coming socially conscious hip hop artist. The film will debut at a media festival in Los Angeles in early August. This opportunity is unpaid.

WHEN: Over the month of July, the dancer should be available for a maximum of two six-hour sessions during weekday afternoons or weekends (anytime). Contact Johnny Hobbes by July 12, 2012 to be considered for the solo.
