Peridance Contemporary Dance Company Workshop and Audition

 

Peridance Contemporary Dance Company will hold an Intensive Workshop the week of September 10th-13th, Mon-Thu at 12:00am-2:30pm at Peridance.

Drop in students are allowed but registration for the full workshop is highly encouraged.
Intensive Schedule:
12:00-1:00 -Warm up barre w/Igal

1:00-2:30 -Company Repertory

Following the Intensive, the Company will conduct an open audition on Friday, September 14th.

Audition Schedule:
11:30-1:00 - Group A
1:15-2:45 - Group B
3:00-4:00 - Call back

Fees
$25 drop-in for the day
$80 full intensive (4 days)
$15 - audition fee (waived if participating in full workshop)


Dancers must have excellent ballet and contemporary technique, versatility, musicality and stage presence. Interested dancers should e-mail their resume, headshot, and dance photo to pcdc@peridance.com with PCDC AUDITION as the subject line prior to September 13th. We will let you know in which group you will be.

Rehearsals are paid hourly, performances are paid per performance. The Company is not a Union Company. Rehearsals will begin October and continue through June, 2013. Dancers must be available for rehearsals and performances throughout, including Company Season at the Salvatore Capezio Theater in March and Peridance's 30th Anniversary Gala in June, 2013.
