Pentacle is pleased to present a new type of Internship Experience through its internship program, Cultivating Leadership in Dance. This experience provides you with the opportunity to be more involved in the every day structure of the dance organization. Still focusing on arts administration as a whole, you will be able to choose an area of focus, such as marketing, development, PR, management, etc. The intern will also receive mentoring from a Pentacle staff member throughout their internship. This experience is for those who have a passion for the arts and are hoping to fulfill a career in arts administration. It is for those who want to take a step beyond our 8 week program, and go more in depth with the company.
I am pleased to announce that the first company that will be partnering with us in this new experience is Ellison Ballet!

Requirements:
-20 hours/week of availability
-Excellent leadership skills
-Experience in PR or marketing
-Good writing skills
-Strong computer and organizational skills
-Interest in the arts and arts administration
