American Nostalgia Auditions - Seeking Performers

Open audition

Sunday, March 24

9:00 - 11:00am

at Brooklyn Arts Exchange (BAX) 421 5th Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11215

American Nostalgia recently previewed its first fifteen minutes in Movement Research's Monday Night Series at the Judson Church in February.

Now in the next stage of development involving movement, text, and song, the company HOME B.A.S.E. seeks talent to audition for American Nostalgia to create a 30 minute presentation by the end of May.

Please bring a headshot and resume. You may also prepare a song or a short poem but it is not necessary. There will be group and individual auditions.

Rehearsals will begin the second week in April. We will rehearse two days a week for a total of five hours. We ask that performers have availability on Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Saturday and Sunday. Rehearsal times will be set by the first week of April.

HOME B.A.S.E. is an interdisciplinary collective-company whose mission is to generate a network of individuals who are goal-oriented, successful, creative problem solvers, whole, but most importantly aware of their full potential. Looking to expand and build its network of creative artists, those not cast in this performance will be considered for company membershipand future works.
