McQueen's "Black Iris" - Jacob's Pillow Dance Festival Performance

Rehearsals: June 3-27, 2013 in New York, NY
Performance: Friday, June 28th in Becket, Massachusetts
 
Emerging choreographer and performer, Jeremy McQueen, of the Broadway musicals Wicked and The Color Purple, and 2013 recipient of the Joffrey Ballet's Choreographers of Color Award, returns to the Jacob’s Pillow Dance Festival’s Inside/Out stage on June 28th presenting a selection of his newest works, including the New England premiere of Black Iris.
 
Seeking: 8 Female and 4 Male dancers with strong technical abilities and tenacious stage presence to comprise the ensemble of “Black Iris”, as well as other featured works within McQueen’s program. All ladies MUST dance en pointe.
All ethnicities encouraged.
Adults 18+ only.

Performance Stipend + Travel & Meals.
