About the Intensive
The Summer Intensive is a 2- day program of intense training and choreography dedicated to the discipline and art form of contemporary modern Dance. Participants will be given special consideration at the company audition held on Sunday, July 21st. The intensive is recommended for dancers who range from an int/adv to a pre-professional/professional level.

 

About the Company
Founded in 2006, BODYART is a NYC based dance theatre company with 8 highly athletic dancers, whose artistic work consistently creates emotionally charged and strongly visual dialogue with the audience through performances, research, and teaching. The company has performed & taught across the country at the Joyce Soho, Theater for the New City, Elon University, San Jose State University, Univ. of Texas, Bass Performance Hall, International Dance Festival, The Brooklyn Lyceum.
