Call for collaborators: the AOMCs ETLE Universe

Brooklyn-based performance group the A.O. Movement Collective is embarking on a new project—a genre-bending queer/feminist cyborg time travel epic that takes place in a near-future universe full of misandry, sex, violence, and multiplicity. Rather than creating a single performance, the AOMC is creating an entire universe, and then producing a constellation of 10 works that come out of it over the next two years. To achieve this, the AOMC will commission a diverse team of 30+ collaborators to create works that populate the ETLE Universe, each addressing specific points along the its narrative. These 10 works will include: a comic book, an album, a fashion show, a collection of creative writing, a collection of non-fiction essays, a 3D-printed artifact, a photography exhibit, a media/IRL 6-month “immersive” game, an evening-length performance, and more. The AOMC is currently accepting work samples from artists interested in joining this collaborative endeavor and having a hand in the creation of the ETLE Universe.

Applications are due by July 29th; full application & detailed descriptions of the project available here:
