Bonnaroo’s Funkiest Dancer

We’re looking for funky dancers for a one day studio shoot this coming monday. Details below!

This year Bonnaroo is hosting an online dance competition called “Bonnaroo’s Funkiest Dancer” in which they seek to find the greatest living dancer who ever lived.

To kick things off, we’re doing an intro video that lays out the details of the competition. In this video we’re going to capture a number of dancers, each of whom embodies a particular legacy dance from a wide range of eras, from Disco to Hip Hop. We’re looking for people who can pop-and lock, who can do the hustle, who can cat daddy, and anyone else who has an excellent rendition of a well-known funky dance. 

We’re looking for as many dancers (and enthusiastic non-dancers) as possible between the ages of 16-35. Dancers will bring their own wardrobe and will prepare a short iconic funky dance. We’ve attached a list of specific dances that we’re looking for. 

We’ll need dancers for a day shoot on Monday February 3rd in Williamsburg Brooklyn. In exchange for your mad skills you will receive, lunch, a fun time, and possssssibly some dope Bonnaroo swag (no promises, but we’re working on it!).
