New Male Dance Company Seeks Creative Choreographers

Ballet Risqué (bal.lay ris.kay) is a New York City all-male dance company which combines the art of ballet with a touch of the risqué.  It is slightly indecent, but not vulgar.  It is sexually suggestive, but not obscene.  It is naughty, but not rude.

We are brand new and newly-forming.  We are seeking dedicated and creative choreographers who are willing to work with us from the ground up.

Choreographers must be able to create pieces which incorporate both ballet and sensually provocative movement.  The company is energetic, passionate, titillating, spicy, and hot.  Choreographers must be able to incorporate these characteristics into their choreography.

This is not your grandmother's ballet company.  The company will be dancing to upbeat and "sexy" music for exciting performances.  Choreographers will receive compensation per performance and should expect differences in earnings.

For consideration, please submit an audition video which demonstrates your original choreography incorporating ballet and sensuality, as explained above, to one of the following songs, or a song with similar beat.  The video does not have to be professional, but it must be in good enough condition to clearly show your choreo.

1.  Hardcore Mutha Fucka - DV Roxx
2. My Beautiful Friend - The Charlatans
3. Work Bitch - Britney Spears
4. Trespasser - Antiloop
5. Touch Me - Kazaky

Please email your video with the email subject "Choreo" to: balletrisque@gmail.com
