Development, Marketing, and Study Abroad Program Coordination Internship Jaqlin Medlock

International Ballet Institute | New York is a classical ballet education program with locations in NYC, CT and Brooklyn.  We are developing a a study abroad program in Paris for summer 2015.  

Intern would work closely with the artistic director through the spring of 2015 as an unpaid intern with the potential of being hired by the company as a paid position.

Positions can be filled by one or multiple persons:

Marketing Strategy:  Intern will assist in developing programmatic and institutional marketing stretegies for the programs in the US and abroad.  Including Facebook, podcasts, blog and twitter campaigns.

Development: Will work closely with director in developing relationships to corporate sponsors especially in regards to Paris program and year round scholarships for children who otherwise wouldn't have the opportunity, and actively seek academic adn artistic partnerships.

Administration and Production:  Will assist in expanding our community in Brooklyn, organizing new classes, designing schedules, scheduling school lecture demonstrations, and producing performances.

This is a beautiful opportunity to work with a quickly developing company and to get relevant experience in the field that can be parlayed into a paid full or part time position with us or another company.

Candidate must be well spoken, organized, punctual and have a deep love for dance, ballet, and/or all of the classical arts.
