Intern With Bryn Cohn + Artists!

 

Bryn Cohn + Artists seeks an intern to join our team for our 2015 Season. Candidates should have experience in social media, marketing, event planning, fundraising and communications.  Commitments will include helping to plan our site specific gallery party in May, managing an in process blog of our newest evening Skin, maintaining our social media and assisting with events leading up to our evening premiere of Skin on June 25 – 27, 2015 at St. Marks Church in-the-Bowery.  We are looking for creative, enthusiastic and responsible individuals with experience in arts administration.

The BC + A internship program provides individuals with practical knowledge, skills and experience in working at a non-profit dance company and alongside artistic director, Bryn Cohn.  The intern will receive the benefit of working closely with Bryn to have a personalized experience and gain knowledge to achieve his/her specific goals.  The position requires strong writing skills, organization, positive outreach and the ability to adhere to a consistent working schedule.

Requirements:

15 hours per week

Proficiency with iMovie, Mailchimp, Microsoft Word and Excel (knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus)
