Bottled Up

Bottled Up

Seeking Modern Dancers and Choreographers for:

"Bottled Up," a play. Concept: The show will consist of two original one-act narrative plays that will be performed in a completely immersive and interactive theater space at DCTV in Tribeca. Producers state: "The night will be an experience rather than just a performance, where the guests get buzzed on whiskey and wine with the characters as they peruse around a storybook 1950's southern setting which then transforms into a foggy dreamscape. 'Bottled Up' is a show where narrative meets experimental--and with an open bar full of aged liquor. The two shows are short dark comedies and in between the two acts there will be music, drinking, dancing, and a drastic change of scenery. Each ticket to the show will include access to our open bar and snacks, and all proceeds will go to a local charity in support of youth arts education."

Rehearsals begin May 4th, show opens May 29th and closes June 7th.

Choreographers will have complete control over the dance portion of the show, and will be working with 3-4 dancers.

Auditions for Choreography are on April 8th between 10 and 1.

Auditions for Dancer are on April 9th between 10 and 1.
