Liss Fain Dance Seeks Dancers (2 Men, 1 Woman) for Fall 2015 San Francisco Season + January 2016 NY Tour

Liss Fain Dance Seeks Dancers (2 Men, 1 Woman) for Fall 2015 San Francisco Season + January 2016 NY Tour RJ Muna

Liss Fain Dance seeks dancers (2 men and 1 woman) to join the company for our fall 2015 season and January 2016 tour to New York. These work periods include a premiere at ODC Theater in San Francisco in October and performances at 3LD Art & Technology Center in New York in January. There is also the potential for continued work in the spring 2016 season. We are interested in dancers with performance experience, strong partnering skills, and an interest in performance installation work. Dancers must relish a collaborative process. Rehearsals and performances are paid. Dancers generally rehearse 20 hours/week and are paid $20/hour. The fall working period runs from August 17-October 25.

As Liss Fain Dance is a small company and our working process emphasizes collaboration between the artists, we prefer for interested dancers to attend our workshop in San Francisco August 10-14 so we can get a sense of how they work with the existing ensemble. If you are interested in auditioning, please send your CV + a link to online footage of your dancing to megan@lissfaindance.org ASAP and indicate whether you are available to attend the workshop.
