BALLET DANCERS FOR FEATURE FILM

SEEKING BALLET DANCER FOR FEATURE FILM

Jennifer Ajemian Casting is currently working on a feature film entitled RAPID EYE MOVEMENT, directed by Peter Bishai that casts and shoots here in NYC. The production shoots 10/5 through 10/31.

One of the roles we are seeking is a??called THE BALLET GIRL. Description is below. This is a great role as she interacts quite a bit with the lead character and will be required to do choreography on set.

Character description:

THE BALLET GIRL. Caucasian female, 19-28 years old. Tall and angelic looking with long flowing hair.  Traditionally beautiful in a 1940's way. Glamorous yet earthy. Works as a ballet dancer in Times Square.  You can see her beautiful (and ear to ear) smile from across the room.  With each kiss she plants on the DJ booth, Rick's defeated demeanor is lifted.  This helps get through 11 days of not sleeping.  Though this is a non-speaking role, she is integral to the lead character.  REAL BALLET DANCERS ONLY AS THERE IS CHOREOGRAPHY. Shoots 3 days.

If you are interested in submitting yourself for this project please email us a headshot, resume and a clip of your dancing in the form of an MOV to casting@jenniferajemian.com. TALENT MUST BE BASED IN NEW YORK.
