Hi

We are shooting a music video in NYC area and we are looking for two dancer/actress to choreograph, dance and act in the video.  The music is a mixture of Rock, Funk, Spanish guitar.  The lyrics are written in Persian/Farsi.  The song is around 5 Minutes long. There is a storyline to the song. The music track  starts and ends with  a spoken dialogue. The lyrics in the body of the track are sung in two styles; Rap & Harmonically.

We will be incorporating few animal masks into the video. Overall it's like Animal Farm theme with an Iranian twist. We have a group of talented musicians ,actors and cinematographers and we are now seeking dancers to join us so we can begin shooting when rehearsals are complete.

We have minimum budget and all people are volunteering  on this project. We will however, pay everyone at least $50 upon completion of the shoot; this is the best we can do.

We will be booking rehearsal space in Manhattan for rehearsal so its important that you commit and make sure you are available for the rehearsal and shoot day. If you have audition space of your own; we would not object to use it. We plan to do the video shoot on a weekend.

Dance Skills needed:

We are looking for someone with some degree of training and choreography experience. You should be  comfortable in front of camera. We are looking for 2 Caucasian dancers, hopefully one with long hair.If you have Ballet classical training; it would be fantastic.

Style of Dance:

We leave the choreography mostly to you . We will only provide the storyline for you to interpret on your own. Since this is a true Indie project we are big on listening to one another, communicating and respecting one another.

We are doing this because it's something we are passionate about and like to make the experience fun and rewarding for everyone. We hope to find people with same mindset as we realize that the budget  is not a motivating factor. So please come and join us and let us help one another to complete this video-shoot.
