Male Dance Partner (Tango)

Male dancer for a stylized choreographed dance routine. Dance is based off ballroom tango. Some experience in American Ballroom Tango or Argentine Tango preferred, but not required. Experience with partner dancing (Salsa, Swing. Ballroom) is a huge plus. Minorities encouraged to apply.

Must be able to learn choreography and be willing to practice on your own outside of scheduled rehearsals.

 

Pay is $75 flat for event.

Event is on a Sunday, 3rd week of February. Time on site is less than 1 hour. Performance time is under 5 minutes.

 

$50 flat rehearsal stipend. Expect no less than 5 rehearsals (may vary based on your experience).

 

Dancer must provide own wardrobe:

Black dress pants

Dress shirt either black, white, or red

Black dress shoes

Email headshot and resume (if no resume please write  short note about your dance experience and why you think you are right for this job). Auditions will take place first week of January.
