Role Type: Leading. Female, age 12 – 14. Pointe experience optional, definitely not necessary.

Summary: A silent film set to classical music. At an audition, a young ballerina gets cut before she can even dance. She sulks in the hallway until she remembers a moment of bravery from her own life. Newly inspired, she runs back into the audition and dances a beautiful solo.

Ballet and acting backgrounds mandatory. Non-union project.
