Nicholas Rodrigues is a freelance dancer and choreographer looking for female dancers for his new all female work titled "Mobile Sanctuaries." Dancers who are experienced contemporary, ballet and improvisation, and have a strong sense of athleticism and musicality are encouraged to apply. Hip-hop, funk, house and acrobatic skills are a plus.

This piece will be performed on Saturday, April 8th, 2017 at New York Live Arts (studio showing) at 7:00pm and 8:30 on behalf of the Eryc Taylor Dance New Choreographer Grant (ETD/NCG). Rehearsals would be twice a week for 2-3 hours each rehearsal (primarily at Spaceworks Long Island City). There will be a small performance stipend.

The audition will take place at Spaceworks (Long Island City) this Saturday, January 28th from 7:30pm-9:30pm in Studio C. The studio will be available for warmup starting at 7:00pm. if there are a large number of dancers at this audition, there may be a cut halfway through.
