Workshop:
Starting with a warm-up through breathing exercises on the floor, we will gradually move upward into a series of guided movements, focusing on our body's relationship with the space and others. All that is created through these dynamic relationships will stimulate new sensations and new creative stimuli, though the sound of the bodies against each other and in touch with the matter of the space. During the lab we will develop elements of improvisation based on consciousness of the abilities of our own body. We will create an architectural space, both internal and external of our body. Shape permeates in space and becomes the focus of the creation, like the spine of a structure that can be strict or free, according to the current necessities and sensations. For this lab, we require the vision and reflection on the photographic work of Mapplethorpe. Each dancers will be asked to discuss and analyze his/her own concept of beauty.

- workshop per danzatori / performers da inserire nella performance TO BE OR BODY max 15 persone.
