Applications are now being accepted for the 2018 Philadelphia Youth Dance Fest!!

Festival is held on March 23-25, 2018 at the Mandell Theater at Drexel University.

Participating Companies Receive:
Performance Opportunity in a fully functional 460 seat Professional Theater with a Marley floor Professional Lighting and Sound Technicians during tech and performance
Four Master Classes and One Seminar for students participating
Ticket Sales Management
Professional Video Documentation
Professional Photographer
All press and marketing for the event
 
Instructions To Apply:
Application Process: (Companies may submit more than one piece to be considered)
1. Fill out an Application Form at www.phillyyouthdancefest.com
2. Submit application with a $25 application fee per submission ( ex. 2 pieces submitted = $50) -
Pay Online or Mail Checks payable to Philadelphia Youth Dance Fest
3. Include a Youtube, Vimeo, or Dropbox link of a recent performance ( preferably what you intend to perform) or previous work that is similar on application
4. Email Application Form with Video link to : philayouthdancefest@gmail.com or

* Performing students must be between Ages 13-18 years old
* Pieces may be no longer than 5 minutes

Companies will be notified of acceptance by November 30, 2017. 
Acceptance into the Philadelphia Youth Dance Fest is through Audition or Invitation

 Performance fee - $45 per student
Covers:     

- One Performance and One Tech/ Dress Rehearsal with professional lighting and sound at the Mandell Theater-
-Four master classes and One Seminar
-All Promotional Materials
-Full Ticket Management and Box Office
-Pictures of your company performance
