DESCRIPTION:
The first day of the workshop will be comprised of warm-up exercises followed with improvisation score, choreographic composition practice, contact improvisation and group ensemble work in different contexts. The participants will practice physical sensations and examine the relationships between thought, movement and presence in solo and within a group. The second day will include further investigation and a site specific performance, location TBD!

This workshop is inspired by the material of the company's current piece: OnlyHuman, "becoming what one is” of Nietzsche. The workshop proposes an exploration of sensory perception and movement pattern observation. Based on Nietzsche's idea of “free spirit”, we will play with individuality and multiplicity while giving attention to the physical sensations and emotionals that create unique body language and identity.
