A.I.M + Gallim Shared Audition

A.I.M + Gallim A.I.M by Steven Schreiber, Gallim by Yi Chun Wu

Kyle Abraham of A.I.M and Andrea Miller of Gallim host a shared audition on Monday, October 29th, 2018. These renowned dance makers are seeking dancers to fill paid positions and apprenticeships for their upcoming performance seasons. Artists of color and candidates of all gender identities are strongly encouraged to attend.

All applicable candidates must show an interest in an investigative process that includes, above all things, an open mind and a willingness to work in a collaborative group environment.

Pre-registration is required to secure an audition slot. Candidates will be seen in time slots between 10am and 6pm. If interested in auditioning, please submit an headshot and resume through this Google Form, or by sending a headshot and resume to jobs@abrahaminmotion.org. A time slot, New York-based audition location, and short video phrase to learn (prior to your audition) will be sent within a week of submission.

Dancers may be invited to callbacks between October 30th and November 2nd.

Please note: This is a shared audition, where all candidates will be seen by both choreographers listed above, as well as additional choreographers and directors in hopes of finding more opportunities for all participating artists.

For further questions about the audition, please contact jobs@abrahaminmotion.org or auditions@gallimdance.com.
