SynthesisDANCE is seeking an intern/assistant for the period of December 10 - Feb 12.  Four to six hours per week. Intern will work independently from their own computer and at their own schedule with deadlines set forth by SynthesisDANCE.  

Intern will be paid a stipend at the end of the 10 week session plus 2 free classes weekly with Artistic Director Tracie Stanfield in NYC (Feb 10 - March 22)

Responsibilities:
- Create emails, newsletters, email campaigns, online promotions, etc. 
- Provide support to social media efforts to target new audiences.
- Assist with special events to promote company and increase attendance;
- Research and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials;
- Support in the development of our fundraising campaigns;
- Support in identifying new funding and choreographic opportunities;
- Cultivation of and materials for potential donors/sponsors;
- Create thank you/ acknowledgement letters, basic correspondence and mailing list maintenace
- Assist with SynthesisDANCE performances in Feb 2019
- Social media and website updates and production of monthly newsletter.
