Present your work at CREST: 1st Annual Creature Fest, hosted by ChristinaNoel & The Creature. ChristinaNoel & The Creature is a Brooklyn-based dance theatre company producing immersive performance pieces that aim to envelop viewers in multi-textured environments derived from human connections and encounters. The Creature’s mission is to push the boundaries of dance performance, and we are looking for like-minded choreographers whose dance work mixes mediums, such as theatre, vocalization, live music, visuals, or anything else you’ve dreamed up. Selected choreographers and/or companies will show their pieces in an evening at Teatro LATEA, a Lower East Side theater whose space and theatre company has been a Latino cultural and performing arts staple for over 30 years.

Tech: Tuesday, May 7 at 7pm (time slots will be assigned closer to performance)

Know Before You Apply:
- Free to apply and participate
- Choreographers and performers will be given one free ticket to ChristinaNoel & The Creature’s 7th season, performance dates May 8, 10, and 11
- Piece should be 5 - 12 min
- Performers and choreographers are asked to stay for the entire performance--collaborative work is all about support!
- Choreographers will receive free professional photographs of their work. We may film the evening if enough choreographers have interest, for a small fee.
- Applications are accepted through Wednesday, February 27; notification will be given by Thursday, March 7
