Qualities: You are poised when performing under pressure You can ideate and collaborate like an SNL writer—but funnier You are service-oriented and enjoy creating, meaningful experiences through meaningful work You are equally skeptical as you are idealistic You enjoy the awkward yet oddly enjoyable feeling of watching your family play cards against humanity with one another You possess the ability to be a walking, talking, positive yelp review for the Brrrn brand You have a high tolerance for pun-related humor You are respectful to people of all communities You value progress over perfection Your IG posting habits are more #unfiltered than #followforfollow You have savant-like abilities for social media platforms—specifically, facebook and Instagram Responsibilities: You can show up on time, and by that, we mean 15 minutes before your shift begins You can provide high-level customer service and hospitality to customers, especially come time to check people into class and remind them of their spot reservation number You can assist general management with daily studio tasks and projects You can update the Brrrn founders on weekly pop-culture updates (e.g., What is “on fleek,” if someone is “throwing shade” again or how to “stay woke” without needing coffee) You can be an awesome team player, even on days when you can’t even You can dedicate time to learn and communicate the unique selling points of the brand, including but not limited to: the history of the brand, the workout experience, the physiological benefits of “mild-cold stress” and the infrared sauna, etc. You can provide support to the Brrrn instructors to ensure a successful class check-in process You can conduct brief tours of the studio with confidence and pizzazz You can lead and/or participate in weekly briefings with other studio coordinators on ways to improve and/or streamline the customer experience You can provide assistance to general management with on-boarding new hires if asked You can provide assistance to the cleaning/maintenance crew You can execute any ancillary responsibilities asked of you by general management, including but not limited to: social media management, event coordination, brand marketing, hosting influencers, etc.

Requirements: You must have a college degree or be currently enrolled/completing your degree You must have customer service and/or hospitality experience You must have the ability to understand and adhere to the work- specific dress code policies set forth by general management You must have the ability to prioritize and multi-task within a fast-paced environment You must have the ability to initiate tasks and perform duties without direction You must have the flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule, including: Early morning, afternoon and late evening weekday availability Morning and afternoon weekend availability Occasional holiday availability Physical Requirements: You are able to kneel, bend, reach, climb and stand for long durations of time You are able to lift/carry a minimum of 30lbs You are able to be comfortable occasionally moving in an out of the cool temperature workout space or infrared sauna when needed You are able to resist the urge to check your phone while working Benefits & Perks: Competitive pay Growth potential Complimentary Brrrn apparel, classes and infrared sauna sessions Discounts on apparel
