Older Woman of Color Dancer wanted for Music Video Project

Hello,

My name is Michael, I am a music video director looking for a woman of color dancer presenting as 50 -80yrs old to perform in a music video for a soul/blues band called The Teskey brothers.

The project is a narrative piece that is told through elements of dance and movement.
The piece is set in a mechanics workshop. The shop is run by 3 females. They are a close-knit family of dancing mechanics who have passed down the trade from generation to generation.

Characters are as follows:
-THE RETIRED MECHANIC: This is the role I am looking to fill
-THE MECHANIC (Early 30's): Runs the office
-THE KID (11-12 yrs old) Works on the cars

The two other roles have been cast and we are mid-way through rehearsing their parts.

The RETIRED MECHANIC role is a strong matriarch, a leader who has put this troupe of dancing mechanics together.
The role is more or less a few short scenes of action. And one larger choreographed duet with you and THE MECHANIC character.
The project is fast approaching- this coming Wednesday.

Here are the details:
Band: The Teskey Brothers
Song: So Caught Up - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g5nllVsTcJI
Location: Mechanic shop at the corner of Delavan street and Van Brunt st Red Hook.
Commitment: Shoot date - Wednesday, November 6 - 3pm -midnight .
Fee: Unfortunately it's a very low budget affair but I can offer you $350 for your time.

If you feel like you may be right for the role, get in contact I'd love to hear from you and provide you with a little more information.
