The Craft: Late Night Performances & Brews | Virtual Edition

The Craft: Performances & Brews Photo by Caylee Shimizu

The Craft: Late Night Performances & Brews is looking for contemporary performance works for next month's series. Located at Threes Brewing's pop-up location in Greenpoint, The Craft aims to celebrate and provide a platform for local NYC craft through performance and beer.

At this time, we are hosting our events virtually via Zoom. We are looking to showcase 6-8 completed or work-in-progress theater or dance pieces of all genres through this live media platform from home.

All proceeds collected during our shows will be divided evenly among our artists. For every $5 donated to you, The Craft will personally donate $1 to an organization of your choice.

*Although we are accepting all applications, we are especially looking for pieces by POC, LGBTQIA+, women, immigrants, artists with disabilities, and other marginalized groups. We hear you. We see you. We want your artistic voices heard.*

Also keep in mind that each month we receive a large number of video based submissions. Although we are accepting videos, we challenge you to create something live on Zoom. What makes our show so special is its ability to connect with an audience in an intimate setting - we are very interested in seeing how you can creatively navigate this virtual space through live performance!

Date: Thursday, February 4th @ 9 PM ET

Application deadline: THURSDAY, JANUARY 14TH
