"Marie-Christine's movement and technique is unlike anything I've ever done. Her precision and emphasis on alignment and placement has allowed me to know my body in ways I had never known before. In just a short period of time, I noticed how understanding her principles clicked into my body and allowed me to push myself further into the movement. Working in small groups and over zoom, I've really been able to dissect the principles and fully comprehend them. As more concepts continue to click, I am learning to access better ways of executing the movement, which has been so much fun. What I love about her classes is how specific and intentional everything is. There's not a single arm, head or breath that is taught just for the sake of it; everything has a purpose and a meaning. This is why it is so beautiful to watch and liberating to do. What's also unique is how internal and human the approach is. No movements are meant to be flashy, gigantic or explosive. There's a very methodical control to it, that through opposition, extension, and energy allows for release in the most satisfying of ways." -Vanessa Raffaele
