Bates Dance Festival Internship Opportunities

Intern at BDF this summer!

 

The BDF internship program offers an opportunity to work with professional artists, receive mentorship from staff, participate in classes, performances, and other events, and create lasting relationships with your peer group.

Single-room dormitory housing and meals are provided for the duration of the internship, along with participation in one dance class each day. Interns receive a $200 travel reimbursement and are responsible for planning their own travel to and from campus. There are no out of pocket expenses related to their engagement otherwise.

Applications for the 2022 Bates Dance Festival Internship Program are due January 31st, 2022.

Internship Opportunities at BDF 2022 Include: Technical and Site-specific Production, Video Documentation, Video Promotions, Administration, Dance Education, Community Engagement and Artist Services, Photography, and Young Dancers Workshop Mentoring Internship.

Application deadline is January 31, 2022. Those who submit their application before the deadline will be notified by email by February 15, 2022.
