Jon Lehrer Dance Company Audition

JLDC is seeking one male dancer for a short contract from March 1 - May 7, 2022. This contract will include 8 weeks of rehearsal and one performance in NYC on Friday, May 6. All rehearsals and performance are paid. Potential for future full season contract. To be considered, please send headshot, dance photos, resume, and reel to jon@jonlehrerdance.com. Please also include proof of vaccination.

Details:

- Rehearsals will take place Monday's - Thursday's (2-4 rehearsals/week depending on studio availability).

- No rehearsals the week of March 28 or April 18.

- Up to 4 hours/rehearsal (could be less depending on studio avialability).

- Performance is on Friday May 6 at 7pm at Gerald W. Lynch Theater at John Jay College in Manhattan.

- The week of the performance (May 2 - 6) will include regular rehearsals on Monday and Tuesday plus Tech Rehearsals in theater on Wednesday (12pm-5pm), Thursday (9am-5pm), Friday (2pm call to theater).

Jon Lehrer Dance Company is an internationally touring company known worldwide for a unique combination of artistry, athleticism, and accesibility. Seeking one male dance artist who are proficient in both the modern and jazz dance idioms. Please make sure your dance reel includes footage of you dancing barefoot, we do not perform in socks or dance shoes.
