Brooklyn Ballet’s signature educational outreach program, Elevate, is seeking teaching artists for the 2023-2024 school year!

Brooklyn Ballet's Elevate Program

Brooklyn Ballet's Elevate Program, a combination of performance and hands-on dance classes, is designed to address problem solving, comparison and contrast, verbal clarification of movement, and analysis in fun, yet challenging ways. Elevate teaches patience, order, self-reliance, self-control, balance within the individual, and harmony within a group. The fundamental principles of ballet become lessons in being a good student. The Elevate program is a positive example of how repeated effort can yield high skill and achievement.

Elevate values maintaining the core structure of the program while allowing teaching artists to tailor the class to their own teaching style/individuality.
