Dance Training + Arts Management Program Internship 2024-2025

 

The Dance Training + Arts Management Program (DT+AM) interns undertake rotating internships within the Foundation throughout the year, reporting to respective department heads. 

Projects are selected from Marketing, Development, Archives, Tour Management, Finances, Licensing, Community Engagement and Dance Education. 

DT+AM interns must also fully participate in all studio aspects of the LimónPro and LimónLaunch programs, as well as complete 10 administrative hours per week. 

This competitive program is fully subsidized and aims to produce young professionals who are prepared to seek entry-level positions in arts management, or continue training with a clear focus of their career goals. The program accepts only 1 or 2 dancers per year and runs from August 2024 to May 2025.


Eligible applicants must demonstrate a strong interest in dance, a strong interest in arts management, as well as a command of the spoken and written English language. 

Candidates must also demonstrate the inclination to work independently and have the desire to learn and develop applicable and practical administrative skills and knowledge while being mentored by Limón staff.

First-round interviews will be conducted for serious candidates, and will include an audition process to be formally accepted into the Training Program. The positions will remain open until filled.
