Artistic Director Michael Novak is seeking two dynamic & virtuosic dancers to join the Taylor Company to perform traditionally female roles, and to create new modern dance works for the 21st century with some of the most sought after choreographers of today. All Taylor Dancers are expected to be expressive, athletic, strong, brave and trustworthy. 

Compensation begins at $947.85/week. Dancers are supported with fully paid for health and dental insurance, and a partial 401(k) match. 

The Taylor Company has an annual residence at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts and is active approximately 40-44 weeks per year, rehearsing, creating, and touring both domestically and internationally. Taylor dancers are expected to perform a wide range of roles, from classical to avant-garde, from comedic to terrifying, and everything in between.

Auditions will be held on Friday, May 10th starting at 9:00am with callbacks that afternoon. You must be available all day. Audition will be held at the Paul Taylor Studios - 551 Grand Street, Top Floor, New York, NY 10002.
