We want to invite you and others to join our team for the upcoming production of Convergent Waves: NYC 5/25 - 5/27 aboard the 1885 tall ship Wavertree at South Street Seaport Museum, Pier 16, NYC!

The piece is an immersive, interactive, site-responsive dance taking place throughout multiple spaces in the vessel, and is inspired by the history of the international cargo ship.

We are looking for Volunteers to become part of the team presenting this ambitious production over Memorial Day weekend, building community amongst the national cast, production staff, and viewers.

Potential responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

- Attending a brief Zoom meeting Tuesday, 5/14 or 5/21, 6pm EST.
- Assisting with pre-show set up and post-show clean up for both performances of the day.
- Ushering audiences to go into audience accessible areas, and preventing access to restricted areas.
- Monitoring the speed and flow of audience to prevent back ups at narrow walkways, doorways, and staircases.
- Passing out programs.
- Providing pens/pencils to audience at the end of shows and collecting post-show paper surveys.

For any of the following days:

Saturday, May 25, 10am - 6pm (with breaks)
Sunday, May 26, 10am - 6pm (with breaks)
Monday, May 27, 10am - 6pm (with breaks)

If you or anyone you know might be interested in volunteering as part of the team, please email Lucy at lenoraleedancemanager@gmail.com.

Thanks so much for your consideration, and hope to see you there soon!
