Social Media & Content Creator

Responsibilities:
Work closely with RDA's admin team to develop social media, email, and other marketing campaigns.
Monitor RDA's social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with users.
Analyze trends for engagement within the RDA community and beyond.
Stay up to date with RDA's programming and relevant social media trends.
Attend RDA events and weekly classes (occasional) to build a library of content.

Required skills:
Demonstrated knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms. 
Proficient writing and communication skills.
Previous experience in content creation and marketing.
Strong computer skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. 

Preferred skills:
Knowledge of MailChimp.
Interest/background in dance.
Spanish and English speaking.
Previous experience working for a non-profit organization.
