BLOOM: Emerging Artist Festival, presented by Forza Dance, is a dynamic two-day event that offers emerging choreographers the opportunity to showcase their work in a supportive environment. Taking place on April 18-19 at Brooklyn Art Haus, the festival features two performances highlighting over 20 choreographers and their live movement works (Friday, April 18 at 7:00pm and Saturday, April 19 at 7:00pm).

In addition to the performances, BLOOM offers a variety of events—including Community Connect sessions and Movement Workshops—that are open to all. These events create a space for fostering meaningful dialogue around the creative process, encouraging collaboration and the exchange of ideas on how we create and share dance. About Forza Dance:
Forza Dance creates non-traditional performance experiences to break barriers and bridge gaps between age, gender, culture, assumed hierarchies, and allow a more intimate human connection between audience and performer. As a multi-faceted, women led/operated arts organization, we provide development opportunities for emerging artists and produce original choreography that reaches diverse audiences across NYC.

BLOOM was created as a direct response to feedback following Forza Dance's past 4 emerging artist performances. BLOOM: Emerging Artist Festival is dedicated to sparking growth and collaboration within the dance community, offering choreographers a vibrant platform to showcase their work, teach classes, and connect with fellow artists.
