95 POEMS

tedted Presents 95 POEMS at The Hall. April 3-5. Lory Lyon

The evening-length premiere by Brooklyn-based company, tedted Performance Group, explores the poems of ee cummings through a diverse, modern lens. In partnership with development project, The Hall, the group portrays the poems through theater, dance, and video. Originally written in the 1950s by a straight white man, the 95 poems the work is based on are modernized by a diverse, queer cast. Technology has connected people around the world yet ideologies have labeled us into factions. Are these factions just social conjuring or a necessary point of identification?

Estimated run- time 2 hours with intermission.

Choreography by Teddy Tedholm in collaboration with the performers.

Performed by Alexis Cash, Lauren Crosslin, Cameron Dunham, Destini Rogers, Christian "Niki" Saludez, Jordyn Santiago, and Teddy Tedholm.
