A Presentation by the People of Lake Victory for Our Leader

A Presentation by the People of Lake Victory for Our Leader Denny Khurniawan

After an exciting run in the spring of 2014, Lake Victory is back for an expanded, full-length production! The show will have a 15-performance run at The Gym at Judson Memorial Church from July 14th through August 2nd.

This heavily-choreographed theatre piece works to explore the interactions and lifestyle of the people of Lake Victory, writer/director Ethan Fishbane's own vision of the last true communist state on earth. Lake Victory is an imagined village where rules dominate and love is reserved for one great man who presides over all. Watch as the citizens of Lake Victory generously lead you through parts of their typical day, including a shopping trip, praising their leader, and a night in the family home; enjoy their songs, their dances, and their hard work! In this compelling examination of what it means to serve and what it means to be served, you'll follow as they prepare for the arrival of the Great Leader: a man they love, a man they worship, a man they've never actually met. Come praise the Great Leader, won't you?

Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 at the door (CASH ONLY). Please arrive fifteen minutes before the showtime.
