ANERGOS
Anergos is about the omnipresent suppression of the modern young greek. This is possibly a result of the junta raid in the 60’s that left a lasting effect on the approach of Hellenic upbringing. The Hellenic spirit has remained indefinitely vivid, loud in life and the celebrations of all of its joys and hardships, however largely limiting on the notion of potential. Anergos is a physical exploration which celebrates the Hellenic spirit but also explore its inactivity due to hindering influences. Energos in the Greek language translates to someone that is activated and in motion, and colloquially refers to someone employed. Anergos is the direct opposite.
