Throughout the month of May, we are offering two 2-week Classical Variation Workshops for Beginner Ballet level students age 16+. On May 4th and 11th, Artistic Director Barry Kerollis will guide dancers through Princess Aurora’s 3rd Act Wedding Variation from Sleeping Beauty. And on May 18th and 25th, dancers will learn the variation from Fairy Doll. All classes run from 6:30 - 8 pm at Battery Dance and include an abbreviated barre/center to warm dancers up  prior to learning choreography.

Workshops are held in two-week sessions and cost $50 for 1 solo workshop or $95 for both (Register by sending fee via Venmo - @movementhq and email info@movementhqballet.org). A virtual option to take this workshop is also available. One or more year experience in ballet recommended. Please note that while these workshops will focus on female ballet solos, we accept the participation of any dancer who is interested in learning classical repertoire.
