Join us to celebrate the 15th anniversary of Anabella Lenzu/DanceDrama on Friday, March 18th, 2022, at 8pm (NYC time) in a dance film evening IN-PERSON and ONLINE!
The evening will highlight four award-winning short dance films and an intimate interview of Anabella Lenzu by Christine Jowers, dance critic, founder, and editor-in-chief of the leading online dance magazine, The Dance Enthusiast.
The dance films reflect Anabella Lenzu’s experience as a Latina artist living in New York and come from a deep examination of her motivations as a woman, mother, and immigrant.
Since 2006, Anabella Lenzu/DanceDrama (ALDD), has presented 390 performances, created 14 choreographic works at 100 venues, produced 8 dance films presented in over 80 festivals both nationally and internationally, including London, Ireland, Norway, Switzerland, Poland, Italy, Greece, Serbia, India, Indonesia, Cyprus, Portugal, Canada, Mexico, Argentina, Bolivia & Brazil.
