Dance Against Cancer Presents THE YOUTH MOVEMENT

The Youth Movement logo

Dance Against Cancer is now in its 9th year raising much needed funds for the American Cancer Society to help them finish the fight against cancer. Overwhelmed by the outpouring of support from the pre-professional dance community in and around NYC, we were inspired to create THE YOUTH MOVEMENT.

Join us at Dance Against Cancer’s 3rd Annual THE YOUTH MOVEMENT concert to be held on Sunday, February 3rd at 3pm for a one-of-a-kind performance where guests will enjoy repertoire from pre-professional organizations including the ABT Studio Company, Ballet Academy East, Manhattan Youth Ballet, Marymount Manhattan College Dance Dept., the East Side Dance Company, Shuffles, Peridance Contemporary Dance Company and more, as well as a wine and cheese reception to follow.

The American Cancer Society is working to finish the fight against every cancer in every community. We are the largest private, not-for-profit funder of cancer research in the United States, investing more than $4 billion since 1946. Thanks in part to our contributions, more than 1.5 million lives have been saved in the US in the past two decades. Now, that is a reason to celebrate, so please join us.
